A summarized version of our legal agreement is as follows:
| 1. Your lifetime license takes effect upon receipt of payment for
any of our products. 2. Licensee may use images for use in banners and web-page design elements. 3. Licensee may use the purchased content in a maximum of 5 sites owned by the registered Webmaster. 4. Resizing, cropping and pixelating of photos are allowed, (mainly in instances where photos will be visible in a public area and accessible to minors). However, changing the content of the material (such as morphing or editing another person or object into the photo, or changing the appearance of one that is there) is NOT allowed 5. All images may be used in a thumbnail post, so long as the material remains hosted at your site. Your URL's may be added to the images for the purposes of promotion. |
Your paid purchase from our site is governed under the terms of this license
and is your proof of purchase! Upon purchase of any of our products we
require that you read and fully understand the detailed copy of our agreement
located here.
In order to immediately use the products purchased, this agreement
must be filled out and emailed or faxed to our office.
